Clear expectations make better journeys.
These terms explain how bookings, payment, changes, traveler responsibilities, safety decisions, and unexpected interruptions are handled.
Booking and confirmation
A reservation is confirmed when the dates, itinerary, number of travelers, pickup arrangements, and total price have been agreed in writing on WhatsApp.
Requested dates may be held for up to 48 hours while you decide. For last-minute requests, a shorter 12–24 hour hold may apply. Custom quotes are normally valid for 14 days.
Day trips should be reconfirmed 48 hours before departure and multi-day journeys seven days before departure. If the traveler cannot be reached, Ziyara Ride may release the dates.
Pricing and itinerary changes
The agreed price remains fixed after confirmation unless the traveler requests changes. Third-party costs and optional additions are separate unless specifically included.
Changes before or during a journey are welcome when practical. Any additional costs will be explained and approved before they are added.
Payment
Payment is accepted in clean, undamaged, newer-design USD banknotes. Day trips are paid in full at pickup or the start of the experience.
Multi-day journeys are normally paid 50% at the beginning of Day 1 and 50% around the halfway point. The exact second-payment day is agreed before the journey; for seven days it is normally the morning of Day 4.
After each cash payment, Ziyara Ride confirms the amount received in writing on WhatsApp. For multi-day journeys, the message also records the remaining balance and due date. This WhatsApp confirmation serves as the payment receipt.
Pickup, delays, and no-shows
Travelers should be ready at the agreed pickup time. Short delays are usually manageable, but longer delays may reduce the number of visits possible that day.
After 30 minutes without contact, the itinerary may be adjusted. After 60 minutes without contact, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for carrying a valid passport and any required entry approval, reviewing relevant government travel advice, and making an independent decision about travel.
Please disclose mobility needs, serious allergies, dietary restrictions, and relevant medical conditions before booking. Follow local laws, site rules, safety instructions, and photography restrictions.
Travelers remain responsible for personal belongings, medical decisions and costs, and official delays or decisions outside Ziyara Ride’s control.
Vehicles, illness, and service interruption
If a vehicle problem, illness, or other operator issue prevents the journey from continuing, Ziyara Ride will make reasonable efforts to arrange replacement transport, an alternative plan, or a new date.
When no reasonable alternative is available, unused Ziyara Ride services will not be charged and any amount paid for those unused services will be returned. Approved third-party costs remain separate.
Traveler-requested shortening or skipped activities
When a traveler voluntarily skips an included visit, arrives late, shortens the journey, or ends it early, the agreed price remains payable. Optional entry fees or third-party services that were not paid will not be charged.
Ziyara Ride will adapt the remaining plan where practical.
Weather, access, safety, and official restrictions
Routes may change or be cancelled because of weather, road conditions, security concerns, official restrictions, closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
When possible, Ziyara Ride will offer an alternative route or new date. If a journey ends early, the traveler pays for services already provided and approved non-refundable third-party costs.
Safety decisions made by the driver or local authorities must be respected.
Respectful conduct
Ziyara Ride may refuse or end service for violent, threatening, illegal, seriously disrespectful, or unsafe behavior; deliberate property damage; or refusal to follow essential safety instructions.
Completed services are not refundable, and the traveler is responsible for damage or additional costs caused by their behavior.
Medical help
Ziyara Ride will help contact a clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or emergency support when reasonably possible. A journey may need to change or end because of a medical situation.
The traveler remains responsible for medical decisions, treatment costs, medicines, and additional logistics.
Lost property
Travelers should check the vehicle and accommodation before leaving. Ziyara Ride will make reasonable efforts to return items found in the vehicle.
Shipping, courier, or delivery costs are the traveler’s responsibility. Ziyara Ride is not responsible for property lost at hotels, restaurants, sites, or other third-party locations.
Photos, privacy, and reviews
Ziyara Ride asks permission before publicly sharing an identifiable photograph of a traveler. Travelers may decline photography or publication.
Contact information, passport details, travel plans, and private messages are not shared except where needed to arrange requested services or comply with legal obligations.
Reviews should be honest. Ziyara Ride will not create fake reviews or change the meaning of a traveler’s comments. A traveler chooses whether their name, country, or photograph may be shared.
Website information
Information is provided in good faith and updated where practical. Conditions, prices, opening hours, access rules, and official requirements may change.
Travelers should confirm important details during booking. Website information is not a guarantee that conditions will remain unchanged.
